Under her leadership and expert design skills Design Plus has established itself as an industry leader in brand equity licensing and is credited with creating and developing lifestyle manuals, innovative product and store concepts for Fortune 500 companies. Prior responsibilities include brand building through product extension for Mattel and Crayola in South Africa, former CEO and owner of Paperworks SA and engineer with Ove Arup Int. Carol holds the following academic qualifications: Pr. Eng, SA and a degree from the Michaelis School of Design, CT.
